Twinmotion – Unable To Import Models

If the model does not appear in the User library after importing as described in Getting Started, please troubleshoot the problem as follows:

  • Make sure your Twinmotion version is 2024.1.2 or higher, the lowest version we use is Twinmotion 2024.1.2.
  • Make sure that the disk where your Twinmotion User library is located has enough space.
  • Try restarting Twinmotion or the operating system, some customers have only seen the model after restarting the system.
