For FBX User

The FBX file is a common format among 3D software for importing models for use in different software, but it has some limitations:

  • It can’t pass full PBR textures, e.g. Translucency, Roughness, Metallic, and Normal maps can’t be passed to another software correctly.
  • The parameters of the shader cannot be passed, such as displacement strength, normal strength, etc.
  • In different software, you may need to scale the model to get the correct size.
  • You need to spend a lot of time remapping the model and setting the correct material parameters.

If our product does not provide the format you are using, then you can try using the FBX file
